Mulberry Marketing and Communications is a global marketing group who in 2010 wanted to add a Florida to their roster of offices. Hota Design Studio.llc helped Mulberry MC locate a space in downtown Jacksonville and helped them through the interior design process. Within approximately 800 sf, Mulberry MCsí space encompassed a lobby, collaborative work area, conference room and space to grow into.

Hota Design Studio was able to reconfigure existing laminate work surfaces and wood panels to create a layout that allowed for an interactive work environment. With the use of Steelcase Post & Beam, Hota Design was able to designate a space for conferencing and collaborating . Being able to create an open floor plan with existing exposed ducts and brick walls, their downtown space meet the urban criteria that they were looking for.
